By booking or using services from ID Nails, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or in person.
You must provide accurate contact information.

2. Deposits & Payments

Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied toward your final service price.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the start time.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

 

4. Service Time Disclaimer

Service times listed on our website are estimated averages.
Actual duration may vary depending on nail condition, design complexity, and client needs.

5. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in:

  • Shortened service

  • Rescheduling

  • Cancellation without refund

 

6. Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are unhappy, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

 

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Informing us about allergies, infections, or medical conditions

  • Following aftercare instructions

ID Nails is not responsible for results caused by failure to follow aftercare.

 

8. Liability

ID Nails is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages caused by undisclosed conditions or misuse of nail products after the service.
