If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time (including same-day cancellations), your deposit is non-refundable. All appointment durations shown on the website are estimated average times. Actual service time may vary depending on your nail condition, design complexity, and individual needs. Some services may take longer or shorter than listed. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
