If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time (including same-day cancellations), your deposit is non-refundable. All appointment durations shown on the website are estimated average times. Actual service time may vary depending on your nail condition, design complexity, and individual needs.
